Remember how you built all different kinds of things with LEGOs? All of those little cubes could make some fantastic things. At Nebo during September, we are using little “things” to build a fantastic church. Instead of using LEGOs we are using people to come together in small groups that will make a fantastic church for God’s kingdom.
The small groups will be meeting for six weeks in October and November. We invite you to join us for worship every Sunday in September to find out about the small groups and then join us for the small groups beginning in October. The small groups are called J.O.Y. (Jesus, Others, You)
groups. Currently there are 5 groups planned with more if there is a need.
Group 1: Begins Monday, October 10th from 6:30-7:30PM at 137 State Street, Nanticoke.
Group 2: Begins Tuesday, October 11th from 6-7PM at the church. This group is for men from age 16 and up.
Group 3: Begins Wednesday, October 12th from 10:30-11:30AM at 664 E Main Street, Nanticoke.
Group 4: Begins Thursday, October 13th from 6-7PM at the church.
Group 5: Is for college age students and will meet at Luzerne County Community College. The date and times will be announced.
