Giving to Nebo using Tithe.ly is super easy! There are a number of different ways to give:

- You can go directly to the Tithe.ly website and find our church to give. Tithe.ly/give
- You can download the Tithe.ly app (the green one)
Give to Nebo Baptist Church – CLICK TO GIVE
1 – What are the fees for the church? By using Tithe.ly, Nebo will pay a $0.30 processing fee for each transaction. If you choose to use a credit card there is also a 2.9% fee. If you use ACH bank transfer there is 1% fee.
2 – Does it cost me anything? It costs you nothing to give to Nebo using Tithe.ly. You do have the option when giving to “Cover the fees” which would increase your gift accordingly.
3 – Is my Credit / Debit card information secure? Yes! Tithe.ly takes data and payment information security very seriously. All sensitive financial information is stored with bank level security. We chose this company because of their commitment to using encryption and Level 1 compliant standards.
4 – How will I know when my credit, debit, or ACH is charged? Anytime you’re charged you will receive an email confirmation.
5 – How long does it take for Nebo to receive my gift? It usually takes about 2-3 days between the time you give and when it appears in your church’s bank account.
6 – What if I accidentally type the wrong amount? If you make a mistake giving, make sure to contact Nebo and we can refund the wrong amount, and then you can make another donation for the correct amount. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear back in your account.
7 – How do I change/cancel my recurring gift? In order to change your auto recurring gift fund/designation, you will need to delete your existing recurring gift and then setup a new recurring gift. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
8 – How do I change/update my payment method? If you already have an account with Tithe.ly and would like to change your payment information, you can do so from the Tithe.ly app or by logging into your account online and clicking on “Payment Methods” in the menu bar. You will need to delete your old form of payment and add a new one
